From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The waiter was extremely polite, attentive, and had a great knowledge of the menu. He made some perfect suggestions based on what I like. The burger was cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and served hot. Customer service like this is rare these days. Will definitely come again!

Yesterday after a long walk at Painshill with friends we picked this place based on good reviews and mouth-watering pictures of burgers. As we walked in starving we were greeted by a nice gentleman who seated us rightaway. The drinks arrived within just a few minutes and the food in about 10-15 minutes. Every single piece of the burgers and chips were heaven, extremely memorable (and I’m not even a burger person myself). The servers were very attentive, offered us extra napkins without us having to ask, checked on us to see everything was alright, and made sure we were looked after. Well done! Brilliant service, food, drinks, and lovely atmosphere.
Went here for the first time on my lunch break and the food was much better than I expected. Javed was also very lovely and great service. Will definitely be coming again and letting friends know about this place
I was delighted to discover Gourmet Burger Club while searching for a great burger restaurant close to home which also catered for my partner’s gluten intolerance (they have a gluten free menu). We have now eaten here twice and the Meltdown 1.0 has become a firm favourite!
Good ambiance, delicious burgers and fries. Visited the place after we went to Painshill garden. Prices quite steep but at par with most restaurants anyway. If ever we’ll be around the area, will gladly come back. The staff were nice as well. Plus points for the clean and well-maintained restroom!
